Basic Rental Rates for Business or Private Use 
   •  Conference Room    - $40.00 per hour        Ballroom Only           - $55.00 per hour
      Classroom               - $45.00 per hour        Ballroom & Kitchen   - $65.00 per hour
      Activity Area            - $55.00 per hour        Ballroom & Room      - $65.00 per hour
      Upstairs Area           - $70.00 per hour                (conference or classroom)
        $400.00 up to 9 hrs - Ballroom (less 9 hrs, hourly rates apply)
        $500.00 up to 9 hrs - Ballroom & Kitchen (less 9 hrs, hourly rates apply)
     
     $200.00 cleaning deposit, all rental funds and signed contract secures rental.
               
  We require cancellations to be made 2 weeks prior to the event, or security deposit will be forfeited.

The cleaning deposit will be returned to you, by mail, within 10 working days.  Payment will be required for use of the Center, for all hours beyond what is specified on the Rental Request.  Your deposit will not be returned if there are additional fees, damage, drugs or alcohol found on the premises.

There is no alcohol or smoking in the building.
